Mitch Turner retired from employment with the State of Florida in 2017. His experience with the state included years of service as an Adult Protective Investigator with DCF (10 years), Medical Malpractice Investigator with DOH (5 years), and Specialist monitoring residential group homes and new applicants with APD (5 years). He has a unique overview of the requirements and problems confronting providers of APD Medicaid Waiver services, and extensive knowledge of the rules and regulations with which they must comply.
Mitch also has experience in other areas including: building permit applications and codes; teaching/training; business management; employee relations; conflict resolution and mediation; internal investigations, and fact-finding; customer service training; government relations; and video and still photography.

Anne Hendon retired from APD in 2024 after 38 years of service. She served in a number of areas, including case manager, consumer eligibility/intake, waiver liaison, enrollment specialist, provider trainer, and contact person for a variety of initiatives. Prior to APD she worked directly with disabled individuals and as a program director for private agencies. She is widely known and respected in the developmental disability community.
We are now consulting with and advising providers of services and applicants to APD. Operators and applicants for group homes can get everything from answers to their questions to complete processing of applications and forms.
