APPLICATIONS —– Preparation of applications and assembling required documentation; Enrollment Applications (APD & AHCA), Facility Application, Policy and Procedure Manual, Comprehensive Emergency Plan Floor Plan
COMPLIANCE Assisting with operational policies, procedures, and documentation compliance; Guidance on community residential home operations. Review location suitability, Communicate with APD and/or local officials, Consult on Non-compliance reports and responses, Review or assist with preparation of incident reports
TRAINING —- Training for you, your staff, and your clients on: Client Centered Services, Customer Service, Incident Reports, Emergency Plan and Evacuation Procedures, Abuse/Neglect/Exploitation. We have a network of trainers to whom we can provide references, including First Aid/CPR, Medication Administration and Validation, Behavior Assistant and Advanced Behavior training.
