FEES

Our fees are structured to give you the most flexibility and control. It is your choice to do some of the paperwork with our guidance, or have us do it all at the flat rates listed below.

Our standard hourly fee includes charges for any actions taken on your behalf, including: phone calls over 15 minutes, document review and assembly, research, drafting communication, communications with third parties, etc.

Our rate is $85 per hour, rounded to the nearest quarter hour. We will estimate the time for any step, keep you informed of time and progress, and issue periodic invoices.

FLAT RATE PER PROJECT

The following documents can be prepared for you by APS. The flat rate fee includes: gathering needed information and documents, communication with APD and other authorities, completion of the submission, any alterations required within one year of completion, and guidance for online form submissions. It does not include: extra work required due to unknown or delayed information; applicant delays or misunderstandings; or APD extra requirements. We will make all normal efforts to ensure acceptance of our submissions, but rejection due to reasons beyond our control does not void responsibility for payment.

When requesting the flat rate fee you agree to remit one quarter prior to commencement and the balance upon completion and your acceptance.

APD Enrollment $850 – We inform you what is needed and assemble it into APD acceptable form, review all required documents, prepare for and ensure all steps are completed.

AHCA Enrollment $750 – AHCA enrollment requirements are very similar to APD enrollment. It is required in order to complete the APD enrollment and to get paid for services rendered.

Facility Application $850 – We advise on requirements and suitability of proposed facilities, review all required documents, communicate with APD and local authorities, prepare for and ensure all steps are completed.

Policy and Procedure Manual $1000 – Our manual contains all required policies plus the things you and your staff should know and do. It also contains all the forms you will need for staff and clients. The fee includes making required updates for one year after initial acceptance. It does not include the right to copy for use by any other entity or business.

Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan $850 – We guarantee acceptance by APD and will interface with local authorities if required.

Floor Plan (not signed and sealed) $750 – We measure and provide a detailed plan to scale in a format accepted by APD and most jurisdictions. It must show window and door sizes, and room dimensions. Fire officials want to see a plan with egress routes posted in the home. If you provide a floor plan and need us to add evacuation routes or other information, we will charge the hourly rate.

TRAINING – See the Services page for a list of classes and topics. One-on-one training is charged at the hourly rate (includes travel time). Group training fees depend on the size of the class (call for a quote).
